You are responsible for making sure that you provide an accurate shipping address when you make your order in the online shop. This is the address we will use to post your order. In case you notice that the shipping address you provided is incorrect, i.e. when you review your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately at order@ecofemme.org.

In case your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we can repost it at your expense. Reshipment is only available once your parcel has been returned to us.
