Eco Femme’s Shipping, Cancellation & Returns Policies
All orders placed via Eco Femme’s online store are mailed through the Indian Post Service in plain shipping boxes or envelopes depending on the size of your order. Eco Femme’s return address will be noted on it.
An electronic copy of your invoice will be provided to you by email once you complete your online order.
For shipping within India, if the order value is below 500 INR there will be a shipping cost of 90 INR. If your order value exceeds 500 INR, shipping will be free of charge.
For shipping outside India, shipping charges are included in your purchase, so you won’t incur any extra transport costs.
For International customers only: If you’re buying outside of India, your order may be subject to customs or duty fees upon arrival in your country. In general, fees are only charged for parcels exceeding a certain value but customs policies vary a lot from country to country. Please keep this in mind at the time of purchase. Eco Femme does not bear responsibility for this: you will be responsible for any customs or duties on your order. Please note, if you ask for a refund, shipping charges will be deducted from the total order value.

Shipping within India: 7 to 10 days
For Shipping outside India: 14 to 30 days
On International vs Indian shop: In an effort to prevent unfair competition with our international and domestic retailers, Eco Femme’s e-shop has both an International and an Indian e-shop. Please visit the Indian shop only if you’re based in India and purchasing from there; purchases will not be accepted if you provide a delivery address outside of India. Products internationally and domestically are exactly the same quality and design. Prices internationally have been aligned to the prices offered by our retailers and include shipping worldwide as well as donations for our Pad for Pad program.
Incorrect Address Policy: You are responsible for checking that the address provided when you check out is accurate as this is the address we will use to ship your order. Please contact us immediately (email@example.com) if the shipping address you provided is incorrect. In case your parcel is returned to us, we can reship it at your expense. Reshipment is only available once your parcel has been returned to us.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy: Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain the Registration/ Tracking Number of your parcel as well as instructions on how to check its status. If you haven’t received the parcel as per the mentioned transit time, please check its status online with the registration number provided.
If the status states that your parcel has been delivered, check with your neighbour to see whether a parcel has been delivered in your absence.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely hassle-free purchase experience.
We assure you that all products sold on www.ecofemme.org are new and 100% genuine. In the unlikely event that any product you have bought from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, customers may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as he/she purchased it, in its original packaging along with original tags. It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with the bills/invoices provided.
A possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange, or Refund. To make a complaint contact us by email at email@example.com.
We don’t accept returns nor do we offer a replacement on products purchased from a reseller. In this event, visit or contact the store where you placed your order.
Canceling or changing your order should be done within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
If your cancellation request is received after the products are shipped, a return or refund will be possible only after we receive the products back.
If your change of order request is received after the products are shipped, reshipping will be possible only after we receive the products back and there will be a reshipment cost.
